Natalie Searcy is a native resident of Ventura who started her career in the hospitality industry. She then attended Ventura College, where she earned an Associate of Arts in Communication Studies before transferring to Cal Poly Humboldt to complete her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. After completing her degree, she returned to the hospitality industry.

In late 2023, Natalie began looking into a career change, eventually discovering Health Care Foundation for Ventura County. She is excited to begin her journey in the non-profit sector and apply the skills she has acquired during her previous career. Natalie values a dynamic and fulfilling work environment and looks forward to supporting the amazing team at Health Care Foundation for Ventura County.

In her personal life, Natalie enjoys creating ceramic art, gardening, and making memories with family.
