Denise Bean-White, Culturalist, is the President of Consortium Media, a brand development firm located in Ventura County for over 30 years, with a satellite office in the Bay area for the past 8 years. As a culturalist, Bean-White leads CM+ThoughtShift within Consortium Media’s brand development division. CM+ThoughtShift looks forward to a meaningful future for brands through cultural messaging, language shift, and capacity growth.

Bean-White’s background in television station management, specialty media products, and the political use of media drew her 30 years ago to innovate future concepts of success into Consortium Media. Their results-based work in the field of media usage, brand development, alignments and targeted consumer reach, and her unique view on creative messaging engages the audience to become passionate advocates of charities, the work of government agencies and also for-profit firms who align with nonprofit organizations.

As the company expanded and grew, Bean-White launched the 5 Pillars of Marketing Success to allow brand development and public outreach to impact increasingly complex consumers on many levels. Now 30+ years young, Bean-White’s firm specializes in strong, cost-effective public information and outreach primarily in support and education around youth education programs. Bean-White has added cultural brand strategy, social cause marketing, digital marketing, and a large emphasis of social media business platforms with innovative assets which can change consumer viewpoints. In March of 2020, Bean-White developed a Covid Re-Entry package, as a way for nonprofits, businesses to refresh and re-envision the future of their success and longevity.
