Anne Tibbets has a background in a myriad of professions, with experience in publishing sales, retail management, and television production coordination. Anne began her professional career in medical reception, working with disabled students at California State University, Fullerton for the entirety of her collegiate years where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.

Having moved to Ventura County in 2023, Anne utilizes the best of each of her past endeavors, joining the Health Care Foundation of Ventura County team with great enthusiasm in 2026 as a Grant Coordinator. She is excited to contribute to the efforts to improve the well being and care of healthcare facilities, their workers, and patients alike.

In Anne’s spare time, she works freelance as a novelist, game writer, and literary agent. You will often find her on the beach with a book.
