Crista Hermance, Esq.

Estate Planning Attorney & Founder of Hermance Law

Crista Hermance is an estate planning attorney and founder of Hermance Law, a firm dedicated to helping families create practical, effective plans that protect their loved ones and ensure their wishes are honored. As a mother of two, Crista understands how important it is for parents to feel confident about the future, and she’s built her practice around making estate planning accessible and empowering for all families, not just the wealthy.

Born and raised in Ventura, California, Crista studied Business Management at San Diego State University and began her career as a project manager at Citigroup, including time abroad in the Philippines. Inspired by motherhood, she transitioned into law, volunteering with the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office and the Coalition to End Family Violence before earning her law degree.

Under her leadership, Hermance Law has grown into a trusted resource for families across California, offering estate planning, probate, and crisis planning services. The firm has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch®, named one of the fastest-growing firms by Law Firm 500, and honored as the Ventura Chamber of Commerce’s Mid-Size Business of the Year.

Crista also serves on the Board of Directors for the BumbleBee Foundation, a nonprofit supporting families facing pediatric cancer.
